Esthetician / Reiki master

Tricia Conroy, LE, RMT is a licensed Esthetician, Reiki Master teacher with an Associate’s in Liberal Arts. She has over 20 years experience in the Esthetic Field.

She began her career as a Skincare Buyer at Choice Health, Health Food Store. Meeting companies nationwide and opening her eyes to the field of Esthetics. During that time she co-worked with Yoanna Skincare in California. Seeing more of an Eastern approach to Skin and the mind body connection. She graduated from New England School of Esthetics in 2009 and in 2010 became Reiki Certified.  In 2024 she studied traditional Chinese Medicine and became Certified in Tui-Na.  Tricia specializes in healing within and making her clients deeply relaxed. Whether it is in Skincare with customized facials, or through Tui-Na and Reiki for pain management and nervous system exhaustion. 

Tui-Na is an ancient therapeutic massage technique. Working with the bodies meridian lines and the muscular skeletal system, including the spine. Promoting deep relaxation and pain management, unlike a traditional massage. It is more clinical with concentrated deep pressure.  Promoting our life force energy “Chi” to move freely. When “Chi” becomes stuck, pain or mental emotion can arise. The session consists of deep pressure. Whereas Reiki is more gentle, laying on of hands when moving “Chi”. When meeting with a client, Tricia determines what modality to use. Many times both. 

For over 15 years Tricia has provided relaxing Reiki treatments and a holistic approach to skincare. She continues to help with anti-aging, pain management and emotional stressors. You can find her at 322 Med Spa in Feeding Hills.
